Refund & return policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 60 days of delivery.

1. general

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return postage must be covered by the buyer unless the item received is damaged or faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, without damage.

Returns sent without first contacting our customer service department will not be accepted.
 

Please note the cost of the return is covered by the buyer.

 

Please note the return item are to be sent to the United Kingdom to our processing centre. 

2. damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. exchanges

Unfortunately at the moment we do not offer exchanges, but please note it is something we are working on. 

4. refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

We would like to inform you that shipping fees are non-refundable.
